Shipping

We offer multiple shipping and delivery options depending on your location and product category. Customers can choose from local delivery, scheduled delivery, pickup options, and nationwide Maldives delivery with package tracking. Delivery availability and charges are automatically shown during checkout. Note: Any purchase above MVR5000 is delivered FREE anywhere within Maldives.

Currently, we primarily deliver within the Maldives. For international shipping requests, please contact our customer support team before placing your order to check availability, shipping costs, and delivery timelines. 

Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. Orders within Greater Male’ are usually delivered within 3-6 hours, while deliveries to islands and atolls may take several working days depending on courier schedules. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

Payment

We accept online bank transfers, credit/debit card payments, cash on delivery for selected products & verified locations, and approved digital payment methods. Customers may also be requested to upload payment confirmation slips for manual verification on certain orders.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request changes or cancellation by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible on 7926111.  Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, modifications may no longer be possible.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, tracking updates will be provided through SMS, email, or your customer account where applicable. Nationwide Maldives deliveries include package tracking when supported by the courier service.

Returns are accepted for eligible products under our return policy. Products must be returned in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase. Returns and refunds are available for manufacturer defects only, subject to reporting within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact customer support before returning any item.
